If you are having trouble checking your email, test to see whether or not you can actually get to the server on the internet. To do so, go to Start | Run and type in cmd and press Enter. At the command prompt, type
ping mail.campusoutreach.org
and press Enter. If you get 4 responses back, then you are not having internet connectivity problems, it is something else.
