As you may know, one of the most common types of phone calls and emails are get start with the subject of "Help..." While I cannot fix every problem, I do my best to help staff fix their problems in the quickest, more efficient manner. Troubleshooting problems going on in another country can be somewhat challenging.

Here you can find common solutions for common problems. Some solutions may be listed in more than category. I have set this up because most of us have the same problems replicated over and over again. Keep in mind that this is a work in progress. There is a common standard among IT professionals for computer troubleshooting called the OSI model. This helps you to start troubleshooting in the right place, starting with physical hardware and then ending at the application.
