Email Mail Merges Once you have your view created, there are many things you can do with it. One of the more popular is sending out HTML emails via Mail Merge, which sends individual emails to each person in your view, personalized for them.
This also explains how to save your email template and use it again for the next email Mail Merge update you send out after you have added new contacts.
Import Old Files Once you have setup your Outlook properly, you can import your old Outlook files. These are the instructions. These instructions would also apply if you were importing items from Outlook Express.
Quaratined Emails From time to time, you may receive an email in your inbox from barracuda@campusoutreach.org, notifying you that you have email that has been quarantined. This short video explains what to do when you receive an email like this and how to manage your quaratine preferences for the future.
Search Folders Quite often you may want to search for the same kinds of file over the same folders. In this case, a Search folder should be used. Search folders are basically a folder that pulls together emails based on the criteria you specify, without moving the emails from their existing folders.
