quick priorities with flags

Flags have many uses, especially for messages. You can use the six colors of flags to give you a quick priorities list of Tasks in your email.  Determine the priority of each color, and then assign your messages as they come in.

To view your priority list, click on the Search Folder at the top of the Navigation Pane titled "Flagged for Follow-Up."
